Barnack Estates UK Ltd was established in 1986 and is based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, and is the parent company to Barnack Storage & Logistics Ltd. We have interests in Property, Construction, Development, Ambient and Chilled Storage and Transport. Both companies have considerable experience and strong skill sets to deliver results. Barnack Storage & Logistics specialises in Third Party Logistics and Transport. The group employs over 100 staff with a focus upon the client and delivering excellent value.
Barnack Estates UK Ltd is a regional Property Developer, Investor, Main Contractor for Design & Build and Estate Management. We have a large portfolio of our own properties and we have built 1.9 million square feet of industrial property since 2004. We have an expertise to rival any competitor as a main contractor and pride ourselves on building on time and to an agreed contract price. We have a straight forward approach to delivering what the client requires, to an agreed specification and contract. Using our own investment and development experience, we can deliver exceptional standards of Design & Build. We specialise in being involved from the start of the design process, delivering design engineering value, entrepreneurial flair, quantity surveying experience and our proven track record of delivering industrial estates, individual premises or terraces of units.
Our Team has well over 100 years’ experience in Project Management. We pride ourselves in being able to deliver value for money with a focussed approach. We have considerable experience in delivering industrial developments up to 30 acres, providing a strategic vision to implement infrastructure and to manage projects to a successful conclusion.
Barnack Estates UK Ltd has completed major projects in and around Peterborough – Kingston Park is a major commercial development consisting of offices and industrial units over 13 acres of development and we have carried out Design & Build work for the majority of the site to date. Eagle Business Park extends in total to approximately 25.7 acres and occupies a prominent position with extensive frontage to Broadway on the outskirts of Yaxley, approximately three miles from Junction 16 of the A1(M). We have other sites at Cygnet Park, The Lakes at St Ives and Biggleswade.
Being based in Peterborough our business continues to grow with the city. Peterborough has excellent road and rail connections with a good pool of flexible labour. The city is developing a sense of direction and a ‘will do, can do’ attitude, assisting growth. The City Council and its departments are coordinating the services and infrastructure in the city, and leisure amenities are constantly improving. All of this is attracting businesses and families to Peterborough which in turn helps business.
Our group goals for the next 18-24 months are to continue to build and develop industrial property and to continue to grow our Storage business throughout 2018/19.
