In response to the jobs market slowly re-activating in our region we would love you to become involved in our latest venture.  In the absence of a formal face to face jobs fair, as we have traditionally run, we intend on holding a virtual job fair in collaboration with all of our employers who would normally attend.

Our vision would be that the employer creates a fun, 2 minute video where you show some images of the workplace, talk about what you do, perhaps have a staff member say why you have a great place to work. We don’t want you to spend hours on this, a mobile phone video would suffice!  This would then be posted on your twitter/Facebook page and our social media team will create a link to the page or re-tweet on our national twitter and Facebook accounts.

We will have a time frame of around 2-4 hours on the day where we will direct our claimants to go online and review as many relevant employers as they can. We hope to do this on Tuesday 30^th June 2020.

In these challenging times and with lack of ability to see high numbers of candidates directly, we hope you will see this venture as a fun and worthwhile exercise to try something a little different to recruit your perfect candidates.
