Unlock city’s past with an afternoon in the archives

The Peterborough Buildings in Need project is running a free event for local residents to learn all about the history of the city. Attendees will spend an afternoon in the Central Library Archives with course leader Richard Hillier, to learn about the city’s vernacular architecture and fascinating local buildings.

Referencing indexes, film and microfiche, this afternoon course will provide attendees with a good understanding of what is contained within the Archives, how to use it, as well as the history of Peterborough city centre buildings.

Booking required. To book contact alice.kershaw@peterborough.gov.uk or call 01733 317480
