IT Governance is the leading CREST accredited certification body in the UK, Cyber Essentials Crest certifications have been awarded to IT Essential clients including Vodafone, Airbus Defence and Space Ltd, Action for Children, NHS Professionals and Lockheed Martin.

The Cyber Essentials scheme is a world-leading assurance mechanism for companies of all sizes to help demonstrate to their customers and other stakeholders that the most important basic cyber security controls have been implemented and are managed effectively.

The assurance framework, leading to the award of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certificates for organisations has been designed in consultation with SMEs.

For continual improvement, new internal processes as to how we secure and control access, to our, (and our customers) data are now being developed and the new processes will bring us into compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which come into effect May 2018.
