THE CROFT DEVELOPMENT TO HOST FREE OF CHARGE WEALTH PLANNING SEMINAR

The Croft (www.thecroftbourne.co.uk), a lifestyle living community for the over 55’s in Bourne, is inviting local people and residents to take part in a ‘retirement and inheritance planning’ seminar on Thursday 18 September.

The seminar is completely free of charge and will be led by Ryley Wealth Management, senior partner of St James’s Place Wealth Management, one of the country’s most respected wealth management companies.

As well as leading the seminar, employees from Ryley Wealth Management will be on hand during the day to offer valuable independent retirement and inheritance advice.

Those attending the seminar are asked to arrive at 10:00 for coffee before the session gets underway. A communal Manor House located on site at The Croft – the resident ‘hub’ of the community – will host the event. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Karl Hick, Larkfleet Homes CEO, said: “Retirement and inheritance planning is more important than many people realise.

“I am delighted that The Croft if offering this seminar free of charge as it will provide local people and residents of The Croft with independent advice that could prove extremely valuable.”

The Croft encourages independent lifestyles and offers modern and stylish properties to suit its residents’ needs.

The development comprises 75 one, two and three bedroom homes, including bungalows, set around attractively landscaped gardens. It offers high quality living for the over 55s, perfect for those who want independent, stylish yet secure living.

The Croft is being marketed as not only a place to live but as a community of like-minded people who enjoy a lifestyle full of possibilities. Homeowners at The Croft are able to live the life they want to lead, in a secure and caring environment.

Larkfleet understands that different homebuyers’ financial circumstances are varied so it has developed a range of finance schemes and options – including an ‘assisted move’ scheme – which it can tailor to suit individual buyers.

In addition, on selected plots at The Croft, homebuyers can agree to pay only a percentage of the purchase price and the remaining amount is then provided as an interest-free equity loan by Larkfleet, only repayable when the property is sold.
