Law firm Roythornes has been nominated for a national marketing award for their work in developing a new sector.

The Law Society’s Excellence Awards recognise law firms that have excelled in certain aspects of business- taking their entries from across the UK. Roythornes has been nominated for the Excellence in Marketing and Communications Award.

Speaking about the nomination, Marketing Manager Mark Dodds said:

“It’s great to be nominated for such a high profile award, particularly when you consider that we have been chosen from all the law firms in the UK.”

The nomination is for the Marketing team’s efforts to develop the firm’s food sector business. Mark continued:

“We already had a very strong presence in the agriculture sector and have made a positive strategic move to develop our food business. This has been from effectively a ‘standing start’ and has involved activities on a number of levels including events and social media. The results so far have been very positive and we’re working hard to maintain the momentum we have gained.”

The winner of the Award will be announced at a ceremony in London which takes place in October.
