Sage seminar success leads to second event

An inaugural workshop aimed at helping organisations manage their accounts more efficiently proved so popular planning for a second is already underway.

The workshop targeted those firms, charities and academies which use Sage software for their accounting processes. Around 25 were represented at the event organised by leading Peterborough accountancy firm Rawlinsons. A Sage representative covered such topics as customising the system to suit individual businesses, tips for successful bank reconciliation and using recurring orders and invoices.

“Many businesses use Sage without really knowing or understanding its full capability,” said Rawlinsons’ associate Tracey Richardson. “We organised the workshop to effectively provide people with some ongoing training. We hope they will be able to use the knowledge they gained to streamline their processes.”

The feedback from the event was so positive, a second is being organised at Rawlinsons’ Lincoln Road offices for the summer. To register your interest please contact Carolyn Lake at Rawlinsons on 01733 568321 or email Carolyn.lake@rawlinsons.co.uk
