Law firm Roythornes is celebrating being listed amongst the UK’s top law firms for trainee solicitor experience in the Legal 500 Future Lawyers survey.
The Legal 500 Future Lawyers survey analysed more than 2,000 responses from trainee solicitors across more than 100 UK law firms, assessing areas including quality of work, sustainability, culture and work-life balance.
Of the 14 attributes analysed, Roythornes topped the league in Sustainability and Good Vacation Scheme. In total they received two number one rankings, two second place rankings and an overall 10 in the top 10.
Speaking about the results, Adam White, CEO of the six-office specialist firm said:
“We have always been incredibly proud of our training programme and in fact many of our partners came through the system. To be listed in the top ten or be in first place against some of the largest law firms in the country is incredible, and a real testament to our people and our management. We are by no means one of the largest firms in the UK, but this survey shows that it’s not always the large firms that offer the best career prospects.
We have ambitious plans for growth and need the right people to help us get there. It’s great to see that we are providing our trainees with a supportive, challenging and interesting workplace where they can thrive and take the firm forward to achieve our goals.”
