Roythornes Solicitors has announced the details of a further significant expansion to their highly regarded Private Client team with the recruitment of Robert Webb and Gary Clark.

Robert joins to assist in the delivery of Roythornes strategy for growth, and will be instrumental in providing expert advice to the firm’s core agricultural and landowning clients on capital tax planning, business succession, wills, trusts and probate.

When asked what attracted him to the firm, Robert commented:  “ Roythornes has an excellent reputation particularly in the agricultural and food production sectors ,and I felt that the culture and expertise already in place would provide me with enormous opportunities to achieve my own ambition to operate at the cutting edge of legal practice in the region.”

Chartered Tax Adviser Gary joins the firm in the newly created position of Trust Manager, having previously run his own accountancy and tax practice.  He has been tasked with the management of the firm’s relatively newly created trust corporation, Roythornes Trustees Limited, and modernising the service that Roythornes offers in the creation and administration of a large volume of private trusts.
