Leading Peterborough-based marketing communications company Metrix Marketing (www.metrixmarketing.co.uk) has promoted Hannah Thomas (http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/hannah-thomas/16/291/58) to senior communications consultant.

Hannah, 25, has been working for Metrix since 2009 and her promotion means she will now take on a more senior role in the management of client accounts. She will also become more involved in business development opportunities.

Hannah will continue to use a variety of PR and marketing skills to help Metrix’s clients raise awareness, change opinions and generate sales leads.

Hannah said: “I am already enjoying my new role and increased level of responsibility within the Metrix team. This is a great opportunity to become more involved in the management of client accounts and gain experience at a more senior level.”

Hannah graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in English and has since gained an Advanced Certificate of Public Relations qualification from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) whilst working for Metrix.

Metrix Marketing was formerly Smye Holland Associates, a marketing communications company established in 1987. In May 2012 the company changed its name to Metrix Marketing to reflect the wider range of services it offers and its commitment to delivering real, measurable, results for its clients.
