CIT Group Plc, represented by Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, has let two floors of office space at Stuart House, Peterborough to Yealand Administration Ltd and Serco.

Yealand Administration, a fund administration company, has taken 5,726 sq ft (532 sq m) on the second floor of Zone Five on a new 10-year lease at an annual rent of £62,986. Also in Zone Five, Serco has taken the first floor, agreeing a new five-year lease on 5,705 sq ft (530 sq m) of space at an annual rent of £65,608.

Located in Peterborough’s city centre, Stuart House comprises prime Grade A office accommodation varying in size from 5,522 sq ft (513 sq m) with current tenants including the Home Office and Peterborough City Council.
