Peterborough Council for Voluntary Service (PCVS) invite you to take a closer look at the work undertaken

Peterborough CVS are the local fund holders for the Office of the Civil Societies Transforming Local Infrastructure Fund. Locally this fund has supported the development of a new project called ‘Building for the Future’ which aims to enable community and voluntary organisations to seize opportunities the new economic environment presents.

Each area of our local community is working hard to grow their charity, business or voluntary organisation – whilst they may vary in service, sector or audience, they will share in some of the same hurdles and opportunities today and in the future.

Over the past 18 months the PCVS team have been working across our community, with businesses, the Peterborough City Council, charities, voluntary groups and individuals, to explore and understand better how they can work together to perform better – sharing learning, skills and resources.

The culmination of this great work can be seen here today, in an online showcase. With a range of videos, presentations and resources for you to view and download covering a range of topics including:
