Patisserie Valerie, the internationally acclaimed continental patisserie is to open a new outlet in Peterborough’s Cathedral Square, creating over 20 new local jobs.
The news follows a string of recent announcements from successful companies who have all signalled their investment in the City.
The award-winning Patisserie was established in 1926 and has been producing handmade pastries and cakes ever since.
