NEW YEAR MEANS NEW ROLES FOR SEVERAL AT LARKFLEET GROUP

Several employees at Bourne-based house-builder and development organisation Larkfleet Group (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk) have started 2014 in new roles within the company.

Paul Adams is now taking on the role of deputy managing director of Lark Energy, a successful Larkfleet Group company that is the UK’s leading developer of photovoltaic (PV) ‘solar farms’ that generate electricity from sunlight.

Nigel Parsons has worked for Larkfleet Homes, Larkfleet Group’s flagship company, for several years. He started as construction director before taking on the role of construction director of technical, commercial and design in 2011. He has now been promoted to managing director of construction, a role that will encompass control of Larkfleet Homes’ current and upcoming construction projects.

Dave Hummel joined Larkfleet Homes in 2009 as a senior surveyor and was quickly promoted to commercial manager in 2010. Due to the continued expansion of the business, Dave has now been promoted to director of commercial.

Ben Burge, who joined the company less than two years ago as sales manager, has been promoted to director of sales for Larkfleet Homes and will lead Larkfleet’s sales teams in the East of England and East Midlands.

Larkfleet CEO Karl Hick commented: “It is encouraging to see these employees – some of whom have been with us for years – progressing within the company and taking on added responsibility. Although these new roles will be challenging, I have no doubt that each of my colleagues will meet and exceed the expectations demanded of their new roles.”

Larkfleet Group comprises several companies that have a joint focus and established expertise in many areas of sustainability. The group provides high quality, energy-efficient housing, domestic and large scale energy saving technologies, and renewable energy generation projects, whilst investing in the future sustainability of the construction industry.
