MUSIC LEGEND KIKI DEE TO LEAD EVENING OF ENTERTAINMENT AT LARKFLEET DEVELOPMENT IN BOURNE

The Croft (www.thecroftbourne.co.uk), a Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) lifestyle living development for the over 55s, will host a night of music and entertainment including a Q&A session from music legend Kiki Dee on Saturday 14 September.

The evening will start at 16:00 when non-residents of the development will be offered a personal tour of the showhomes and refurbished manor house on site.

At 17:00, there will be a talk and Q&A session with Kiki Dee, who has had enormous success in the music and musical theatre industries. During this section of the evening, attendees will have the chance to ask Kiki about her career highlights and musical experiences.

There will be food and refreshments provided – and a chance for guests to get autographs and photos with Kiki – before local Motown and soul band Motor City Vipers takes to the stage to complete the evening.

The event on 14 September is completely free of charge. To obtain free tickets, simply visit The Croft sales office, on North Road in Bourne. There are only a limited number of tickets available, however, and they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Larkfleet managing director Karl Hick said: “We are very excited to be hosting this event at The Croft. It will really be a night of music and entertainment that won’t be forgotten in a hurry!

“Attendance is free, as long as you obtain a ticket in advance from The Croft sales office, so this is a fantastic opportunity to experience a Saturday night a little out of the ordinary at The Croft.”

The Croft development consists of 69 one and two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom chalets arranged around attractively landscaped courtyards.

As part of The Croft development, a historic manor house has been restored to its former glory and stylishly refurbished to form a communal ‘hub’ for residents.

As The Croft is right in the centre of Bourne, many local amenities including a local supermarket, a doctor’s surgery and a bus stop only a short walk away, as are many shops and restaurants.

The sales team at The Croft understands that different homebuyers’ financial circumstances are varied so it has developed a range of finance schemes and options which can be tailored to suit individual buyers including an ‘assisted move’ and ‘shared equity’ schemes.

And if people want to really get a feel for the quality homes Larkfleet provides, The Croft offers homebuyers the opportunity to ‘try out’ a Larkfleet property for a weekend – or a few days during the week.

Larkfleet’s ‘try before you buy’ scheme is perfect for those homebuyers who wish to spend a little longer learning about the area and Larkfleet properties. Larkfleet has put together an informative guide on Bourne so that customers staying in the ‘try before you buy’ property at The Croft can take full advantage of the local area.

Bourne is located only 11 miles from the historic town of Stamford, which was recently voted ‘the best place to live in Britain’ by The Sunday Times newspaper. Excellent public transport in the area means that residents in Bourne can easily enjoy Stamford’s mix of ancient and modern architecture, various cultural offerings, independent boutiques and fantastic restaurants and bars – without the top-end property costs that Stamford demands.

The Croft is a joint venture between Larkfleet Homes and Keystone Developments (www.keystonedevelopments.co.uk).
