One of the East of England’s leading firms of accountants and tax advisers, Moore Thompson, has announced the appointment of a new Senior Tax Manager.

Emma Bunting joins the firm having previously qualified as a barrister and worked at a top 20 accountancy practice.

With an in-depth knowledge of personal and corporate tax planning and compliance, as well as the establishment and management of trusts, Emma is the perfect addition to the growing firm.

Speaking about her appointment, Emma said: “I am very excited to be joining Moore Thompson and can’t wait to start engaging and assisting clients with their complex tax issues.

“The firm has built a strong reputation within the region for providing innovative and effective advice to a wide range of industries and individuals and I hope my expertise will help strengthen our position further.”

Emma, who will be based at Moore Thompson’s office in Spalding, is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn – a prestigious legal organisation through which barristers are called to the bar – and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, through which she holds a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification.
