Moore Thompson Chartered Accountants looks forward to the sweet taste of success at Peterborough Biscuit Business Event

Top 100 accountancy firm, Moore Thompson, has once again committed its support to the 2020 Peterborough Biscuit Business Event.

Due to be held on 5 February 2020 at the East of England Arena and Events Centre from 9am, the day-long event regularly draws large crowds of local business leaders and provides the perfect platform for Moore Thompson to offer its advice.

A long-time supporter of this event, the firm has attended for several years and shared its expertise on tax, accountancy and grant funding with local businesses.

Amongst the other services the firm will be offering are MT Financial Services, which provides independent financial advice and MT Pay ad MT HR, which deliver specialists payroll and HR services to a wide range of organisations.

Of particular interest to many of the show’s attendees will be Moore Thompson’s expertise in grant funding, which is offered by its expert grant service manager, Janet Brown.

Mark Hildred Managing Partner at Moore Thompson, said: “We have been coming to and supporting Peterborough Biscuit for several years and we continue to be impressed with its growth and what it can offer to local businesses.

“We feel proud to be a part of this event and I am glad that our experts can attend and share their expertise with those who attend. There is so much uncertainty at the present moment in time and so we hope to be able to give businesses some clarity when we join them in February.”

Moore Thompson has a long history of supporting and sponsoring local business events and is proud of its achievements in this area.

Peterborough is an important area of growth for the firm and it is already seeing great success from its office just outside the town in Cygnet Park that was only opened just over a year ago.

The firm has been helping individuals in the East of England to build successful businesses and personal wealth for more than 80 years and feels that many more companies and their owners could benefit from its team’s knowledge.

Mark East, Partner at the firm’s Peterborough office, added: “This town has so much to offer to businesses and we are very excited to be a part of the local community. I would encourage businesses to sign up to this event and find out what it has to offer.”
