LARKFLEET’S KIM TAKES ON NEW SALES CHALLENGE AT THE GARAGE

Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) sales executive Kim Lawrence is being set a new challenge by the Bourne-based housebuilder after helping the company sell all of its properties at The Coppice development in Deeping St James.

The Coppice comprised two, three and four-bedroom homes and included several phases of development aimed at helping local first-time buyers onto the housing ladder.

Larkfleet released its final 13 plots for sale at The Coppice in January this year and Kim was part of the sales team that sold all these properties off plan by the first week of March, just eight weeks later.

Now that work has begun on The Garage, Larkfleet’s new housing development situated between Thurlby and Bourne in Lincolnshire, Larkfleet is keen for Kim to work her sales magic there, too.

Kim will work in the sales office at The Garage to help potential buyers find their ideal property and talk them through the many options and processes involved in purchasing a home.

Kim said: “The Coppice was really popular and I enjoyed meeting and helping the many different homebuyers who bought a house there. I am looking forward to taking on this new challenge at The Garage.”
