Bourne-based housebuilder Larkfleet Homes (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk), part of the Larkfleet Group (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk), is celebrating after being named as best over 50s housing developer in the world at the Global Over 50s Housing Services Awards.

The honour rewards Larkfleet’s commitment to help meet the need for high quality housing in the local area for those over 50 years of age.

The Global Awards were created to celebrate the best individual and company performances in the worldwide over 50s housing sector.

The awards recognise market leadership, inspirational performance and a high level of customer experience in the rapidly growing over 50s housing sector;

One example of Larkfleet Homes’ over 50s developments that helped it win the award is The Croft, a new exclusive community development in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

The Croft consists of 68 one and two-bedroom bungalows and three-bedroom houses, arranged around attractively landscaped courtyards in the grounds of The Croft – a former ‘manor house’.
