Bourne (Lincolnshire) based Lark Energy (www.larkenergy.co.uk) has revamped its senior management team as part of a long-term strategic plan for the further development of its business.

Current managing director of Lark Energy Commercial (www.larkenergycommercial.co.uk) Neil Dallamore has been appointed joint managing director of Lark Energy and will work alongside Paul Adams to spearhead the continued development of the business.

A chartered accountant by training, Neil will also retain responsibility for the continuing expansion of Lark Energy Commercial including the development of new products, services, technologies and revenue streams.

Chris Chadburn has been appointed as finance director while Richard Jackson joins as managing director of Lark Energy Services as well as a director of Lark Energy. Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, operating at director and senior management levels.

Kryzsztof Marek has become group construction director of Lark Energy. He has ten years’ experience in the construction industry, including five years in the solar sector.

Emma Rafaluk has been appointed as a development director of Lark Energy, a director of Lark Energy’s Irish subsidiary and vice president of its US business. Emma has been working in senior development roles in the sustainable energy industry for almost a decade and has substantial experience in managing the development of complex energy projects including wind farms.

The newly re-organised management team will work with Lark Energy’s non-executive directors Karl Hick (CEO of parent company The Larkfleet Group of Companies) and Helen Hick (group HR director).

Commenting on the new senior management team joint managing director Paul Adams said: “These new appointments will provide Lark Energy with a senior team well placed to deliver the company’s diversification plans and to deal with the delivery of subsidy-free solar and embedded power generation projects thoughout the UK, Ireland and North America.”

In addition to a significant number of tenders in the pipeline and several large projects underway Lark Energy has now also entered a partner agreement with an energy broker which enables it to offer significant savings to clients on their gas and electricity bills.

Lark Energy is also offering tailored gas-fired electricity and combined heat & power (CHP) onsite generation packages that provide large cost and carbon savings together with improved energy security. These are available to commercial and public sector clients on terms which mean they need to make absolutely no capital outlays. It is also working with its supply chain and funders to deliver viable ‘subsidy-free’ solar PV installations for clients using private power purchase agreements with end users.

Lark Energy is part of The Larkfleet Group of Companies (www.larkfleetgroup.co.uk).
