Details:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Vice Chair, who is able to deputise for the Chair at Board and other committee meetings where appropriate in his/her absence.
In the capacity as Chair of the Finance Committee we are looking for the relevant professional qualification eg CIPFA/CIMA/ACA/ACCA and full membership of a recognised UK accountancy body (finance management and treasury management). Evidence of continuing professional development would be an advantage.
