We’re recruiting Inbound Sales Executives to join a leading insurance company based in Northampton. This company has a great reputation and have won The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, for the past two years.

As an Inbound Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Handle high call volumes and leads relating to new business
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maximise on business leads with successful sales techniques
* Work to weekly and monthly sales targets to achieve bonus
* Work on an in-house system to record information and process orders

The ideal candidate for this Inbound Sales Executive role in Northampton will:

* Have previous sales/telesales experience within a regulated environment
* Have a proven track record of achieving set targets and KPI
* Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Possess an excellent telephone manner
* Be self-motivated and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
