Due to the continued growth of our firm, we have a vacancy in our Peterborough Office for full-time general administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the practice.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with good communications skills. You will be dealing with staff and our clients on a daily basis.

Some of the regular duties for the role are:

    • Handling the post in and post out process
    • Electronic submissions to HMRC and Companies House
    • Managing our new client on-boarding
    • Back-up reception / telephone cover
    • Raising invoices
    • Filing and scanning
    • Support to firms’ central marketing function

You will ideally already have experience of working in a professional environment, with a strong understanding of the high standards that our clients expect of our services.

Training will be provided on specific software, but a good working knowledge on Microsoft office package is required and you will be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, as well as having strong organisational skills.

This is a varied role which includes general administration duties, credit control and covering reception
