An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within Cross Keys Homes (CKH) for a Marketing Executive to be based at its Head office in Peterborough.

You will have a passion for marketing and communications, be a proactive and positive person who enjoys working hard as part of a team but with your own direct responsibilities within that. Enthusiasm is key! You must have a genuine passion (even obsession!) for delivering brilliant and compelling communications, with the skills, influence and personal appetite to drive real improvements. Being successful will mean a lot to you.

The main purpose of this role is to support the Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Team to deliver a programme of targeted communications with the specific aim of maintaining and developing our online presence, including websites, intranet and social media. You will be required to effectively communicate with key audiences to improve the understanding of the impact of our work and to increase the number of customers who know about our activities.

The role will involve helping CKH innovatively and effectively spread the word about who we are, the work we do and the issues we care about. You will be part of a team that delivers a broad range of internal and external communications, which will provide a great opportunity to be involved in a variety of work.

This position requires a flexible and resourceful person, who will be happy to assist in all areas of communications and marketing such as social media, media relations, content editing and copywriting, partnership marketing and general administration.
