Following an internal promotion, Hegarty LLP Solicitors, one of the region’s leading law firms, are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist our Marketing Manager in delivering the firm’s strategic marketing plan out of our Peterborough office.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ experience across a broad marketing spectrum, to include traditional and digital through-the-line multi-channel integrated campaigns; market research and analysis/reporting.
They will assist with various marketing activities including delivery of events and seminars, administration of marketing communications, promotional campaigns and website updates, PR, brochure production, ordering of POS, CRM, database management, industry research and social media.
This role demands a self-starter who is adaptable with an ability to work across the full marketing mix. This is a hands-on role and will require someone who can take a proactive approach to supporting the Marketing Manager as well as carrying out the necessary administration in an efficient manner.
Required skills include:
– IT proficient, including MS Office and CMS systems
– Excellent written and verbal skills
– Experience and understanding of the use of social media in a B2B and/or B2C industry
– Well organised multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure
– CIM Marketing Certificate or Diploma would be an advantage
This is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary and 20 days holiday (increasing a day each year to a maximum of 25) in addition to Bank Holidays.
