Cross Keys Homes is Peterborough’s leading Housing Association and largest provider of affordable housing. We are also the city’s largest provider of independent living, offering a range of services from the Lifeline emergency alarm through to community care and sheltered housing.

We are looking for a skilled and influential people leader for our incomes team who can manage a small team of advisors to deliver an efficient and effective incomes management service. This is a key position for CKH and you will have a pivotal role to play in helping us achieve our business performance targets.

You will bring commercial focus, balanced with an understanding of and an appreciation of our social agenda for tenant sustainability. You will be experienced in the field of income/revenue collection, ideally gained within a social housing context. With sound knowledge in the area of welfare benefits, you will have the ability to reach sound operational decisions in relation to income collection and debt recovery, including the correct legal channels to follow when appropriate.

An accomplished communicator, you will be adept at tailoring your style to suit your audience and will be skilled in conflict resolution. You will possess excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for action. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an incomes professional to develop their career to the next level.
