An exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Facilities Co-ordinator to join our expanding team. You will be based in our Peterborough office and will be responsible for negotiating and reviewing contracts with our providers of service, e.g. hospitals facilities. This will include building relationships with individual hospitals and facilities. You will also be required to carry out various administration / reporting functions.
Your role will utilise your negotiation skills, general administration experience and ability to work under pressure. You will report to the Client Relations Manager, who will have overall responsibility for negotiations of the larger hospital groups.
The ideal candidate:
You will have a sound sales or purchasing background with an ability to negotiate effectively. An ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service is a must. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multi task, and meet deadlines are essential. You must also be willing to travel on a weekly basis to meet hospital representatives. Initially you must be willing to use your own car to travel but this may be reviewed.
