This role is to deliver front line housing service to customers and tenants at two of our Neighbourhood offices. Tasks will include general administration and supporting Neighbourhood Managers with clerical duties. You will also be responsible for advising and supporting tenants on estate and housing maintenance issues and carry out daily cashiering duties. The team is based within a fast paced, pressured environment which requires a high level of customer service at all times.
The Candidate
You will have previous customer service experience and will be able to effectively communicate with members of the public via telephone and face to face. You will also have previous experience of general administrative duties as well as handling cash. Ideally, you will be able to work in a team environment and willing to support team members when required. In addition you must have 3 GCSE’s A-C grades or equivalent qualification to apply for this role.
