This is a commission based position.




At Transworld Business Advisors of Peterborough we help people and companies sell and buy businesses. From small local businesses to large M&A activities, we cover all aspects as part of the global Transworld team.

We are looking for talented individuals that would like to join the local team in helping doing good deals for good people. You will run the process from start to finish, i.e. connect with sellers, handle the valuation, confidentially market the business, find and screen buyers, manage the offer and due diligence process, and see the deal through to closing. A large part of the role is the human factor so good communication and social skills are essential. No specific background is required, but typically our people will have managed a business or have a professional sales or services experience. Full training will be provided.

You will operate as an independent subcontractor working within the Transworld framework and with full support of the local team. The remuneration is an uncapped success-based commission model which mirrors our business model. The position can be full-time, but lends itself well as a sideline operation to existing commitments.
