We currently have a full time, fixed term contract, for a highly professional Administrator providing a confidential and comprehensive business administration support service as part of the Academic Office. In this role you will, alongside support form colleagues, maintain and update data in the Student Assessment Records System; supporting other team members in the production of annual HESA and HESES statutory returns; collaborating with External Examiners; support in the development of procedures and policies, assisting in the running of Assessment Panels and help with the tracking of complaints and Academic Appeals.

The working hours will usually be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Friday.  However, the working hours will vary on occasions dependent on the needs of the role. 

The successful candidate will have a good level of education to a minimum of level 3 in English and Maths, along with a qualification at a minimum of level 3 and relevant previous experience.   You will be a motivated, self-starter will a proven record of excellent customer service and administration delivery, preferably within higher education and dealing with students. Your area of responsibility will vary so flexibility and the ability to prioritise are essential along with attention to detail.
