Helping new graduates into the jobs market

LOCAL graduates are being offered an enhanced registration service to help improve their career prospects by Anne Corder Recruitment.

The service – aimed at 2013-14 graduates looking to work in a professional office environment in Greater Peterborough, includes the following:

–                initial cv screening

–                one to one interviews with recruitment partners

–                advice on the local jobs market

–                IT skills assessment

–                training modules where upskilling is required

–                and psychometric testing to highlight styles/traits

“We recognise the increasing demand for graduates in the workplace and also the increasing numbers of graduates looking for work – the secret is careful assessment to ensure the right match,” said recruitment partner Karen Dykes.

“By introducing psychometric assessment into our process it helps us to more accurately match personality traits/styles with the business cultures of clients and it also helps graduates with their own personal development plans,” she added.

ACR has a long tradition of working closely with graduates and placing them in many of the city’s leading companies over many years.

Graduates interested in benefiting from the service should send their cvs to recruitment@annecorder.co.uk or visit www.annecorder.co.uk.
