‘Grow your business – with an Apprentice’

Breakfast Seminar on Wednesday 3rd July from 8.30- 10.30am at Peterborough United FC

During this special breakfast meeting, local businesses will have an opportunity to:

Find out more about apprenticeships

Explore the benefits of apprenticeships and work experience

Share challenges, experiences and inspirational stories

Network and unite together to tackle youth unemployment

We’ll be sharing the findings of a government review on ‘Making Apprenticeships more Accessible to SMEs’, written by Jason Holt – CEO Holts Group of Companies, which comprises of five independently run SME businesses spanning jewellery manufacturing and retailing. We’ll also be exploring the youth unemployment issue and how it impacts national and local economies.

The event will be hosted by Barclays Bank (named in the Top 100 UK Employers of Apprentices 2012) and we’ll be sharing with you our own experience of hiring apprentices and offering work experience placements.
