In March 2014, Chartered Legal Executives at Greenwoods Solicitors LLP worked together to nominate Greenwoods for The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, known as CILEx, Employer of the Year. The ‘CILEx’ awards are given in recognition of the achievements, hard work and dedication of their members and partners within the legal community.

The entry described Greenwoods as a ‘dynamic firm standing out from the crowd, with a passion for excellence and a commitment to supporting employees to succeed’. Each CILEx member also added their own personal testimonial to support the nomination.

Whilst Greenwoods didn’t make the shortlist for the main award, in recognition of the support provided to CILEx members, Greenwoods was awarded ‘Commended’ status.

Commenting on the achievement Robert Dillarstone, Greenwoods’ Managing Director said: ‘Supporting the development of our employees is very important to us, so we were thrilled when our team of Legal Executives wanted to enter Greenwoods for this award. To receive a ‘commendation’ is a positive reflection of both of our approach and the drive and determination of our Legal Executives to succeed.’
