Allia Future Business Centre Peterborough

Our building is located two to three minutes’ walk from the city centre and is home to two conference rooms with striking views overlooking the Peterborough United Football pitch, and can hold up to 220 delegates. There are a further four meeting rooms which can hold from 4 to 24 delegates and an intimate meeting ‘Pod’ with room for four. ClickShare is our innovative system for connecting laptops to our projectors and TV screens wirelessly making sharing information easier and guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Flexible high quality catering packages are available from business breakfasts to a full working lunch buffet or evening canapés.

This building has good green credentials with a strong focus on sustainability including solar photo voltaic panels on our roof, providing the building with a natural energy source and so reducing our CO2 emissions, to a 70,000 litre rainwater harvesting tank that allows us to use water collected from the roof to flush all of our toilets.

Allia Future Business Centre Cambridge

Located minutes from the Cambridge Science Park, St. John’s Innovation Centre and the Cambridge Business Park, our £9 million purpose-built building provides a fantastic setting with a conference room, two meeting rooms, a roof terrace and an open plan atrium space flooded with natural light. Our dedicated event spaces can hold up to 77 delegates. All our meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, or half/full day and we offer flexible high quality catering packages from business breakfasts to a full working lunch buffet or evening canapés. We also offer onsite visitor parking with FREE charging points for electrical vehicles.

If environmental sustainability is important to you, our building has great green credentials, rated as BREEAM ‘Excellent’ with a whole host of efficiency and sustainability built in to every feature, from solar panels in the windows to the rainwater collection on our rooftop.
