Stephenson Smart is authorised as a training office for ICAEW and ACCA accountancy qualifications and usually recruits two or three trainees each year. Senior partner Paul Evans said: “I’m pleased to say that we have a very good record for trainees completing and achieving their qualifications. We try to build in enough time for trainees to spend in training and studying so that they have the best possible chance of success.”

Commenting on his training with Stephenson Smart, Andrew said, “The firm covered all tuition, travel and exam fees and I really appreciate the investment they make in their trainees to ensure we are successful.”

Sara commented on the support shown by the firm saying, “The Partners at Stephenson Smart have been very supportive, allowing time off for tuition and revision away from work. They have also provided guidance and advice on the courses to ensure I was happy with what was required from me.

The firm is always looking for new employees who can bring relevant skills to their organisation. Anyone who would like more details should visit www.stephensonsmart.com
