What is influence? What does it mean to you? Would you like to be a better influencer in your company or your profession?

This interactive two and a half hours session will allow you to explore your influencing style and provide you with tools and techniques to better your influencing skills. Attendees will receive a CPD certificate provided by CMI.

What will we be covering?

Adapting your style
• Using the DISC profiling tool as a reference, how adapting our styles helps influence others.
• Working with tools that will help you identify how others use language – picking up on verbal and non-verbal cues that will help you adapt your language style.

Questioning, listening and planning
• How to phrase questions to help you understand and influence others.
• Practical tools that will help you understand who needs to be influenced and how.
