Our Learning Breakfasts offer the opportunity for senior members of organisations within the Peterborough and surrounding area to meet and share ideas with like-minded colleagues. 

Knowledge share – come along with your trusted models or theories to share with colleagues

As the year draws to a close and we meet for the last time in 2017, this Learning Breakfast will be a collaboration and sharing of tools and models we have used and have found to be effective in our work spaces.

We all have those ‘old faithfuls’ that we fall back on, whether it be Lencioni’s Trust Model or the good old SWOT analysis.  Over the year we have shared some of the models we like working with and so we look forward to hearing from you about some of yours.

At this closing session, we will also set the agenda for next year – so if you have a hot topic or theme that you’d value exploring with colleagues, then please do bring that along too.
