Peterborough Jelly
Dates(s) - 11/08/2017 - 11/08/2017 10:00 - 16:00
Allia Future Business Centre, Lon, Peterborough, PE2 8AN

Peterborough Jelly is an informal co-working event where freelancers, home workers and people running small businesses can connect. Not only does it offer a change of scenery and a chance to meet new people but also the opportunity to work within a like-minded community in a friendly, social environment.

An alternative to anonymously working at home, in a coffee shop, or perhaps even from the garden shed, Peterborough Jelly is a mixture of work, chat and idea sharing where you can pass on tips, ask others for help or find others to collaborate with, which may just lead to the generation of your next big project. Jelly is what you want it to be. You’re welcome to come along and just chat with others but equally if you want to crack on with your headphones on and get some work done, that’s great too!

Jelly differs from normal networking as the aim is not to find new clients or sell yourself or your business, (which is very much frowned upon and won’t win you any popularity awards!), but instead to find future collaborators and like-minded project partners.

So whether you’re an artist, blogger, chef, coder, community activist, designer, developer, entrepreneur, hobbyist, musician, photographer, product designer, start-up or writer, we want you to get involved and be part of something new in Peterborough. You bring your laptop or tablet to work from and we’ll provide the Wi-Fi and coffee!
