Online, Peterborough, PE1 1NG

Does your business use consultants? Are you aware of the risks?

Many businesses utilise the expertise of consultants, and benefit from the flexibility offered by their appointment. However, the introduction of IR35 to the private sector, and recent developments in employment law could create traps for the unwary.

We will be exploring these issues with Kieron Clement-Smith from SRLV Accountants at our upcoming webinar on Thursday 7 April 2022 at 10am, and we would be delighted to see you there. We will be discussing:

- Who is an employee and how does this differ from a worker or a self-employed contractor?
- Why does it matter:  Uber BV v Aslam, the consequences of getting it wrong.
- How can a business protect itself?
- IR35 and off-payroll working – the basics, the tax pitfalls, and recent changes.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

To hear what we have to say about these topics and more, sign up to attend.
