GlobaliseMe is the latest academy to help Companies better understand the elements of the Global Mobility process, grow their employees and ultimately have a successful assignments programme with happy international employees.

GlobaliseMe provides a platform to host Global Mobility expertise, and promote collaboration and sharing of knowledge and new strategies, to help members thrive in an ever-changing global economy. The Academy provides best-practice training and knowledge exchange on the elements of corporate global mobility programmes, delivered by true hands-on industry practitioners. Our programme has been developed for global mobility professionals and new entrants to the profession.

Module 5 is suited for Global Heads of Global Mobility and Global HR Directors of Global Mobility. 

By completing this module, attendees will:

• Identify the aspects of their current approach to global assignments that could be causing repatriation problems and assignments failures.
• Analyse RoI that answers key strategic questions for their company.
