From pyjamas to power suits: navigating the bumpy road back to the office in partnership with Lynch Wood Park and FI Real Estate Management

There is no doubt that covid changed the World forever.  We were all affected, whether through our work or homelife and we are still slowly navigating our way back to normality.

We have embraced and  benefited from flexible working practices, with home and hybrid  working here to stay.  However, the benefits of working in the office cannot be ignored and many employees have welcomed the return to the workplace embracing the energy, relationships and motivation of working within a team.  But what happens if your staff have got a little too comfortable in their pyjamas and simply don't want to return to the office?

We look at some of the trends and benefits of hybrid and office based working, but even more importantly what can you do if your teams are resisting time in the office?

With a brilliant line up of speakers, a case study and FI Real Estate Management discussing the importance of workplace environment this promises to be a really engaging and interesting session!
