Dr Andrea Woods – a clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience of working in the NHS with adults and their carers. She is also involved in delivering training to staff groups and working in partnership with colleagues from a variety of professions and backgrounds. Andrea uses mindfulness with individuals and staff as part of her clinical work, and has found mindfulness really helpful in managing day-to-day stresses at work.
Both Jennifer and Andrea have undertaken registered training to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a recognised and effective programme.
