2016 is going to be about investing smartly and making sure you do everything to maximise your portfolio. This could mean reviewing your rents, selling inefficient properties in favour of lower maintenance new-builds, and it could mean investing in future-proof locations.
As Britain’s second fastest growing city Peterborough is one of those places which could see a rise in house prices, rental demand and therefore investment returns in the next few years. Cathedral View is a new development in the heart of the city centre. The development is due for completion in March2016 and provides a fantastic investment opportunity with 6.9% potential yields.
