DSM Continuity is hosting this free half day event on Wednesday 2 November, presentation topics are:

  •  Organisational resilience – what is it and why is it a useful concept? Gareth Jones, Crisis Interface
  •   John Frost, Marks & Spencer (subject will be very topical, yet to be announced)
  •  Designing & delivering a user friendly BC system – Catherine Braun, Environment Agency
  •  BC Question Time – In response to popular demand this slot will be taken up with a range of BC questions put to the panel of experts with discussion opened up to the floor for all delegates to contribute.

Additionally, in the afternoon Matt Hodges-Long of Continuity Partner will lead a highly engaging exercise to visualise the ‘real world’ risk profile of an organisation based on both its industry sector and geographical locations to create a compelling justification for Business Continuity investment.
