| Data Protection and Limitation of Liability within Contracts – Andrew Heeler, Partner, Hegarty Solicitors |
| Andrew Heeler will raise the importance of limitation of liability clauses in contracts and how, if done properly, they can substantially reduce business risk. He will also give an introduction to a substantial new piece of legislation on Data Protection. |
Registration begins at 7.30am, with breakfast baps and pastries available during informal networking between 7.30am and 8am. The presentations will commence at 8am and the formal presentations and question and answer session will finish approximately 9.10am.
