Recruiting and retaining Millenial and Generation Z talent

What makes young adults tick?  How to you grab the attention of young emerging talent, and even more importantly how do you keep them engaged?

Today’s young adults clearly have different motivators to past generations; a sense of purpose is often more important than career progression opportunities, and skills development plans tend to outweigh financial benefits. 

Ben Bullman of First Intuition will share his thoughts, backed up by recent research, demonstrating the need for employers to focus their employer value proposition to appeal to individuals currently leaving education.
