We are delighted to bring you the first Bondholder Breakfast for 2023.  Sponsored by ARU and the Smart Manufacturing Alliance.

The importance of leadership to successful organisations is widely recognised.  But are good leaders born or are they made?  It is probably a combination of both, but the importance of the right training and support cannot be underestimated.  Professional leadership training is an integral part of many large corporates employee development strategy.  However, the cost and time commitment may be a barrier to SME's.

Dr Tom Williamson, Assistant Principal at ARU Peterborough will present and introduce a new government funded Help to Grown Management Course, currently being delivered by ARU in Peterborough.

Tom will explain how business leaders across Peterborough are invited to take advantage of the 90% government-funded Help to Grow: Management Course. Designed by entrepreneurs and industry experts from the UK’s leading business schools, the course helps small business leaders and senior managers from every industry to boost leadership skills as well as business performance and resilience

Tom will be joined by Tracy Graziola, Network Development Manager for the Smart Manufacturing Alliance.  Tracy will explain how the SMA are working with ARU to identify organisation who may benefit from their Knowledge Transfer Partnership.  She will explain how the programme works and will be available to answer questions.
