Short taster session on the benefits and practices that lead to mindfulness on 17 March at Future Business Centre.

This one hour event is free of charge and open to all. You do not need to be a Future Business Centre Tenant to take part, but you must book your space by emailing michelle.craig@allia.org.uk by 3 March.

Not sure what mindfulness really is?

Mindfulness is simply the quality of awareness that comes from paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and, without judgement.

And, it’s been used by people from all walks of life for over 2,500 years!

More recently, and with great success, mindfulness has been used in businesses wanting to provide support, balance and higher levels of wellbeing for their staff.


During this short workshop, you’ll experience:

  • An introduction to Mindfulness theory
  • An invitation to train and practice in one mindfulness technique


Plus, receive details of how a Mindfulness Programme for employees could work within your organisation.


The workshop is scheduled to take place here at Allia, Future Business Centre Peterborough on Thursday 17th March 2016, 12:30 – 13:30.
