EQUITY DEAL AND FREE GIFT DURING VALENTINE’S WEEKEND AT LARKFLEET’S PINCHBECK DEVELOPMENT

Visitors to Larkfleet Homes’ (www.larkfleethomes.co.uk) Glen Grange development in Pinchbeck could own their very own home for just 85 per cent of the total cost – and if they visit between Friday 14 and Sunday 16 February, they will also get a free bottle of bubbly or a box of chocolates to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

As part of phase two of Glen Grange on Pennytoft Lane in Pinchbeck, 35 two and three-bedroom homes are being constructed for local people, helping to further meet the need for affordable rural housing.

The company previously built 33 homes as part of the first phase of Glen Grange, providing buyers with quality new homes at affordable prices.

Visitors to the Glen Grange sales office between Friday 14 and Sunday 16 February will receive a free gift of either a bottle of bubbly or a box of chocolates as a special Valentine’s promotion.

However, this is not the only offer for homebuyers at Glen Grange. To help Pinchbeck’s first-time buyers onto the housing ladder, Larkfleet is offering an equity share scheme (Ezy-share) which could allow homebuyers to own a new home in Pinchbeck but only pay 85 per cent of the total cost.

Larkfleet will pay the remaining amount and homebuyers will then have five or ten years to pay back the amount Larkfleet contributed towards the cost of the property.

No interest is added to the amount homebuyers have borrowed from Larkfleet during this five or ten year period and the property can be sold at any time.

The equity-share scheme is perfect for young couples who are looking to purchase their very own home but can’t quite afford the full purchase price. It is also available to growing families in Pinchbeck who are looking to take the next step on the property ladder.

Solar photovoltatic (PV) panels which will produce electricity from daylight, generating useable power even on cloudy days, will be fitted to all properties. Larkfleet homeowners at Glen Grange will therefore benefit from reduced electricity bills for years to come by using the energy which the panels generate and also create an income from selling excess power back to the grid.

The second phase of Glen Grange is not only allowing first-time buyers a chance to get a foot on the property ladder but is also providing local jobs as Larkfleet is utilising local labour and product supply chains.

Karl Hick, managing director of Larkfleet Homes, said: “The Glen Grange development has proved extremely popular with local homebuyers which shows the demand for quality new housing in the local area. If you are currently living in Pinchbeck and are searching for a new home, visit our sales office to find out how you could own a new Larkfleet property in the town for less than you might expect.”

Pinchbeck offers homebuyers all the relaxing aspects of village life and the benefits of good transport links to surrounding towns and cities. Pinchbeck has easy road access to Spalding, Bourne and Boston and good train links mean that the thriving city of Peterborough is only a short journey from Spalding.
