Anglian Water recently announced that Kier May Gurney and Clancy Docwra were the preferred bidders for the Integrated Maintenance and Repair (IMR) delivery route. An integrated team was created to ensure collaboration and success of their joint Business Plan.

One of the challenges they faced was the logistics – where could they accommodate a large team whose members would be able to reliably connect to the company systems and conduct multiple concurrent meetings in a central location with plenty of parking? It didn’t take long to work out that the facility they were contracted to use in an emergency scenario was ideal for a short term arrangement to accommodate the project team.

The DSM facility already had the necessary Anglian Water configuration for desktops and telephony so within a matter of days the team was installed and getting on with the project.

The use of the DSM facility was an extremely convenient yet cost effective solution to what could have been a major issue.”
